Every Nibhaven guide follows the same process, and we believe you deserve to see it.
We start with manufacturer documentation and specifications: nib size charts, converter compatibility tables, ink safety data, paper weights. Where a fact matters, it is traced to a source you can check in the Sources list at the end of each article.
Pen lore is full of conflicting numbers. When two credible sources disagree, we do not silently pick one or split the difference: the guide names the disagreement and explains which figure we trust and why.
We use AI tools to help research and draft at scale. Every article is then reviewed by a human editor who checks facts against the recorded sources, removes anything we cannot stand behind, and is accountable for the result.
